This weeks Interview starts the month of August with the ending of the Summer Heat Program and a very optimistic Coach Williams.

Coach has a lot to say about the players, stating the players are in great physical condition. He's very impressed with the overall improvement in the conditioning for cardio. Coach noticed that in the spring, players looked forward to the Summer Heat Program with the focus on the conditioning.
Now finishing the Summer Heat program, the players are in great shape, with weightlifting for strength and conditioning for endurance, the players are in great shape. Coach reflects with some light humor with his defense line promoting self assurance and confidence.

Reflecting back Coach remembers at the beginning of the summer heat program the players wanting to know how long they would have to run. Now they arrive each day not with questions but with confidence that they can complete whatever they face. Coach William states that with his two returning players and his new JV defense line are showing their efforts, work ethic, attitude, commitment and dedication with the program. Coach has no doubt that the Defense Line will and has what it takes to step up and Play HARD!
